Morning trail run with Brad Snyder. Ran from the Welcome center to High Knob on the siltstone. Was pretty chilly 40 degree weather but we warmed up quickly at the first hill.

For some reason the time is not accurate in the description. My Garmin read 1 hour 35 mins. And some small differences in elevation gain and loss.
