If you have a 4WD or other high clearance vehicle it's possible to drive to the start point on a sometimes rough dirt track.If not drive as far as you dare.You can start & finish the walk at the Datça road but this will add another 5km.to the walk.The walk starts/finishes at the ruins of an abandoned Greek village.A good dirt track meanders through beautiful countryside,along river beds & canyons,& then heads down to the sea.Alavara Fort is on the left,a bit of climbing/scrambling will get you to the top for some nice views.Back down & at the fork take the track that goes to the right & leads to the beach.The track continues along the beach then turns inland through a fertile plane,there's a long steep climb over the mountain & down to the start/finish point.Have a wander around the Greek village ruins.
