This trail is from the Rainbow lake going down to the parking lot, which is the starting point for this hike (I turned on the GPS going back). On our way down we made a detour which prolonged the hike for a couple of kilometers. This detour can easily be seen on the trail. This trail is fun, lots of tree roots and swampy areas over which wooden walkways extend. Many of those walkways are falling apart so you have to be careful where you step. The trail is well marked. There is one place with a scenic view after 6.5 km going up. We didn't go around the lake, perhaps there are more scenic views from there, though the lake itself was quite nice too.
