He realizado esta ruta  ver detalle

Great way to see Meteora. Beautiful but some parts are not well marked. We started the other way around from Kastrakis and started going towards the Gran Meteor and there was a fork in the road before the one we needed which ended with small sanctuary. Still it was a beautiful detour. The right path is to the right just before the turn to the left towards the monument, then the climb towards Gran Meteor is Gorgeous with beautiful vistas aplenty. Also the path from Rousannou up to Agiatrias is not marked at all. You need to take a small path from the first U turn after Rousannou going to Kalambaka just down and then immediately up into the forest . There is plenty of trash at the very start because tourists seem to stop there and throw trash for some reason, but after first 20 m or so there is a steep but beautiful climb through the forest. You first need to keep to the right at first 2 forks and then mainly to the left. There are many choices and we kept too long to the right and got sidetracked for 2-300 m, but again reward was a stunning view of the gorge between the path and Agiatrias, Still we got back easily and climbed to Agiatrias. Then the path from Agiatrias to Kalambaka was marked nicely (there is a small sign just to the right before the climb to the monastery) and basically you can't miss it. It took us a whole day walk but we visited monasteries and spent half an hour in each one, with exception of Gran Meteor where we spent full hour and a half.
