Mein erster Eindruck war, dass da ein Absperrband über die Straße gespannt wäre. Aber das sind natürlich nur die Stege zum Fahrstuhl zum Cable Car bzw. zu dieser Straße und links zum Turmrestaurant. https://es.wikiloc.com/rutas-outdoor/lahn-hallstatt-19329719#wp-19329739/photo-12121715
