Descripción del itinerario
A run around Sefton Park anticlockwise and then on into Princess Park right through to the avenue heading towards the town centre. Turn left when you reach Parliament Street and relax as the sharp decline in height give your legs a rest before you hit the long flat of Sefton Street heading south toward Aigburth and the promenade. Once on the promenade and there is just you and the views of the estuary you will be lucky enough to get the wind behind you until you reach Jericho Lane and the steep ascent back towards the Park where you started from.
