19Xina 16op Sanhuang Shaolin Dengfeng 三皇少林登封

Taxi about 15km from Dengfeng to Sanhuang ticket office. I guess the 50RMB I paid were too much and I should have insisted in switching on the taximeter? Steep stairways from Sanhuang ticket office to Songshan Monestry (Ticket 80 RMB was also valid at Shaolin Temple ticket control and for the Pagoda Forest, which has no additional access control ). After Songshan Monestry, a bit up-and-down along cliffs. Then from Shaolin ropeway entrance (brings you to Pagoda Forest?) downstairs with a moderate slope and finally gently down a few kilometres on a tourist vehicle road to Shaolin main tourist area.
At 12h50 I arrived at the Kongfu show area near the entrance. Bad timing: shows 09:30-10:00, 10:30-11:00, 11:30-12:00, 14:00-14:30(didn't want to wait), 15:00-15:30, 16:00-16:30, 17:00-17:30.
Walk on road G207 was really ugly because of motor traffic and bad air for about 1 hour, until leaving into side road to Songshan Academy. Better take the country road bus.

I walked this on 2019-04-20, staying in Dengfeng, which is a point of my 4-week China walk in 2019. That 2019 walk continues a walk I started 2018 in Wuhan.
