best big loop complete.
route:
happy forest - tea house - tiger's head hills - fahai temple - longquan temple - longmen road - lying bull platform - daobei hills - keleyu- one basin of water trail - botanical garden
it minimizes hard roads, and plots natural trails instead, so comfortable and tranquil, even on weekends.
30-33 kms long, with 1,300-1,600 meters elevation gain is very well balanced for daily training. it's not hard to accomplish, still with some sort of challenge. so that's why i say it is such an ideal track.
it's great for both daily practice, hiking or trail running, and marathon training, across all seasons.
