from cooks mill camp ground
take Messmate track to Sugarloaf
Continue to Wells Cave by climbing the rocky wall the left of the arrow.
or follow the arrow and climb more to the right and bypassing the cave.
If taking the cave, enter the narrow well cave.
The only way out of the cave is by walking sideway and holding your bag pack in your hand.
There is another rocky wall climb or a smaller second cave climb to get to the top of the ridge - either way is fine.
Walk along the ridge to the farm yard (flat open space)
go back to cooks mill camp ground by taking jaw bone creek track (steep stairs)
and St Bernard track (easy 20 min walk)
