What a beautiful day spent on the Makmel - The Cedars of God region this Saturday!
We kicked of our journey climbing towards Col des Cèdres via the Cedars - Ainata road which was a bit tricky due to the quite steep slopes. Then we moved back heading towards the Cedars - Dahr El Qadib road climbing over 2 or 3 surrounding hills overlooking the Cedars Ski Resort. After a well deserved break, we moved back towards the secret location our friends from 33 North have chosen for one of their annual Winter Expeditions (4 Days of high mountain training and camping) for a hot Tea and Coffee break!!
I was also happy to catch up with our friends from the @mountainsmagazinelebanon along the way as well ..
That’s what I call “a day well spent”!!
