Descripción del itinerario

This trail is perfect for anyone seeking peace and a pleasant walk through the forest — and if you’re lucky, you might even spot wild animals like roe deer or deer, especially in autumn.

It must be our fav trail in Moldova, we go there a few times in a month just to loosen up and enjoy nature. So I would recommend it to everyone coming to this country :)

There’s a small museum, a restroom, a few picnic tables, and it’s a great starting point for your walk. You’ll see a map there as well.

The trail is fully marked, so getting lost is unlikely. It’s also safe and usually very quiet — we go there often and almost never meet other people.

It’s an easy walk overall, though there are a few ups and downs.

Good hiking shoes are a must, as the trail is often muddy — sometimes even in summer. In autumn, winter, and spring, it can get VERY MUDDY, even when it hasn’t rained before.

If you’re coming by car, I highly recommend bringing an extra pair of shoes for the drive home. The mud is extremely sticky, and your hiking shoes will definitely need a good clean afterward.
