Nice 'recover' walk if you did to much the day before. 10km long altitude difference 400m. Tour around the lake and the river and then, a little climb towards baumgarten. On the descend, you have nice views on Toblach. At te end, you pass the langlauf track for the world chanmpionships of 2010.
