    Nice hike in Jbaa chouf, start at the new reserve entrance. It’s a loop hike with a nice view to the qaroun lake on top of the mountain. It’s an easy and short loop.

    The trail, as measured by my watch, is approximately 13.8 kilometers long, contrary to the 8 kilometers listed on Wikiloc. I found the hike challenging, with both the ascent and descent being steep and equally demanding.
